Terms of service

These terms apply when you use glozdesign.com.au or buy from Gloz Design, a creative studio based in Sydney, NSW. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and prices

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Gloz Design is not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged on our prices. We do our best to show our products accurately, but colours may look slightly different on your screen, and print placement and sizing can vary a little from item to item. We may change prices, products and these terms at any time; the price you pay is the price shown when you place your order.

If a product is listed with an obvious pricing or description error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders and payment

Your order is confirmed once payment has been received. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, and if so we'll refund any payment in full.

Custom orders, merch and design services

For custom merch, uniforms, personalised products, Print Bar events and graphic design work:

We'll confirm the details, price and timeframe with you before we start.
Your order is confirmed and work begins once we've received full payment.
Where a design proof applies, production starts once you approve it. Please check spelling, colours, sizes and quantities carefully.
Timeframes are estimates and start once the proof is approved and payment is received.

Your artwork and content

If you send us logos, images or text to print or use, you confirm that you own them or have permission to use them. We may decline any design we believe infringes someone else's rights or is offensive.

Intellectual property

Everything on this website (designs, images, text and graphics) belongs to Gloz Design unless stated otherwise, and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

For brand identity and design projects, ownership of the final approved designs passes to you once the project has been paid in full, completed and the final artwork delivered. Drafts, sketches and unused concepts remain the property of Gloz Design.

We love sharing our work, so we may show completed projects in our portfolio and on social media. If you'd prefer we didn't, just let us know.

Shipping and pickup

Shipping costs and delivery options are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by the carrier. Local pickup is available where offered.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under that law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Gloz Design is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website, products or services. Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to resupplying the goods or services, or paying the cost of doing so.
